In Jan 2024, Amie launched Coffee Trunk. A plain white van transformed into a vibrant masterpiece by April 2025. Adorned with colourful Indian elephants, the van reflects Amie’s passion for coffee and her heritage. Equipped with two coffee machines, three grinders , solar panels & plenty of charm, Coffee Trunk is more than just coffee on wheels, it’s a celebration of flavour, culture and community, brewing joy wherever it goes. We are: Completely Off-Grid: Coffee Trunk doesn’t need mains electricity or a water hook-up to start brewing. We'll come to your event READY. A small business that loves backing other small businesses. Milk from the local dairy, beans from an independent roastery & cakes from neighbourhood bakers. Barista-Quality, At Speed: we're bigger than your average coffee van, we bring double the machinery with double the baristas. That means killer taste with half the queuing time.

The menu curation is a process in itself, from the initial call where we get to know each other, often taking in a special meal in a favourite restaurant or pub, then meeting the wonderful chefs and sometimes even the producers. It’s a collaboration which can take several months but the culmination of attention to detail, coupled with unrivalled high-end service, is something you’ll cherish forever. My clients include London’s best party planners - often for public figures and other clients who value privacy. We won’t ever post our events on socials – our food & drink is the star, as well as the carefully chosen (often female) chefs who we collaborate with.
