I’m lucky enough to live in the fabulously foodie city of Bristol with its plethora of applauded restaurants, farmers markets showcasing local produce and talented cheesemakers, brewers and independent retailers.

The inspiration for my carefully curated menus is taken from around the world as I’ve been an avid traveller for the last thirty years. My dishes showcase bold flavours and hero ingredients & spices, mainly from the enormous region below Turkey, my Indian roots, all the way down to Sri Lanka as well as North Africa and the Middle East. I also take inspiration from the UK’s fabulous growers and artisans who hail from the South West, corners of Devon & Cornwall, the Welsh mountains as well as the moors of Scotland.

All of this inspiration culminates and in a truly special blend of elements where I will work with you to take your guests on a culinary journey for your event – which can sometimes take several days – especially if you are organising a destination wedding.

The menu curation is a process in itself, from the initial call where we get to know each other, often taking in a special meal in a favourite restaurant or pub, then meeting the wonderful chefs and sometimes even the producers. It’s a collaboration which can take several months but the culmination of attention to detail, coupled with unrivalled high-end service, is something you’ll cherish forever.

My clients include London’s best party planners - often for public figures and other clients who value privacy. We won’t ever post our events on socials – our food & drink is the star, as well as the carefully chosen (often female) chefs who we collaborate with.
