Tapas Bravas is a family-run business based in London, born from a love for traditional Spanish cooking. I started this business to bring the soulful, communal dining experience of Spain to the UK. We use a mix of premium ingredients sourced directly from Spain and fresh produce from local suppliers. As the founder, I personally oversee every event to ensure our food always has that genuine, home-cooked feel.
