My name is Shaleen and, together with my partner Michael, we run Simply Doughlicious. We specialise in authentic, fresh, hand-stretched wood-fired Neapolitan pizza, served from our beautifully restored vintage 1977 Citroën HY van.
Our unique setup creates a real focal point at corporate and large-scale events, combining visual impact with exceptional food quality. We are highly experienced in delivering high-output service while maintaining premium standards, making us particularly well suited to corporate functions and large food events of up to 500 guests.
We pride ourselves on professionalism, efficiency, and friendly service, ensuring a smooth experience for both organisers and guests.

Our wood-fired ovens cook pizzas in as little as 60 seconds, enabling us to maintain a consistent flow of freshly baked pizzas and efficiently cater for high guest numbers without long waiting times.
We provide service tables, plates, napkins, and all necessary serving equipment as part of our setup, ensuring a seamless and fully self-contained catering solution.
