Hi, my names Alan, I am the founder and owner of my business. I was an Investment Banker prior to running this business, which I now do full time.
I am married, and a father to 3 amazing boys.
I will also be running the Brighton, London and New York Marathons this year.
We are a fully mobile wood fired & gas fired Neapolitan pizza business.
Using our ovens, we cook all the Italian classics such as Margheritas, Salami fresh, using only the finest Italian produce.
Our services can also be tailored to accommodate any dietary ask such as gluten free/lactose free requirements, as well as any religious requirements - ie no pork etc.
We only require minimal space to setup and we do not need any water or power and are completely self sufficient.
All our services include plates and napkins providing any client with a complete end to end experience.
No job is too big or too small as we simply scale our operation based on the ask.
Our corporate clients include Boohoo, Deliveroo, BGC, Porsche, Taylor Morris, Big Bakes and many more.

Our base spend is £500 upwards, and travel may or may not apply depending on your location.
Ordinarily our pizzas are £11/£5 - min spend £500 or we can do unlimited pizza and garlic breads we £12.5 per head with the same minimum spend. The time its unlimited for depends on your group size.
We have a £10 million PLI policy, full NCASS (National Catering Membership), all the required Risk Assessments and a 5 Star Food Hygiene Rating. All this can be shared upon request.
